Corrections
A correction should identify the archive URL, the wording in question and—where possible—the corresponding scan.
Correction policy
Obvious transcription errors may be corrected with an audit note. Historical spelling and errors present in the printed source should remain in the transcription and may receive separate editorial clarification.
What happens next
A report is checked against the scan and migration record. Accepted changes are made through version control so the source, reason, review and publication history remain inspectable.
Historical removal: Enfield Buns
The legacy page labelled “No. 915a” as Enfield Buns was not part of the printed book. It was deliberately inserted years ago as a copyright and unauthorized-copying honeypot: a recipe absent from the printed source. It has now been removed from the public archive and its former URL returns 410 Gone. This is an archival removal, not a transcription correction to Francatelli.
