Macedoine of Fruits
Any kind of bright jelly, flavoured with maraschino, noyeau, or kirsch, serves for this purpose; it is necessary, first, to set a mould in ice, and to fill it with alternate groups of different kinds of fruit and layers of jelly,—the larger fruit used for Macedoines should be cut in pieces.
